- HOW TO PICK A STABILITY BALL – Most users fall in the 55 or 65 cm range, (5’1” – 5’7” and 5’8” – 6’1”), however we do carry 45 cm balls for users 5’0 and less and 75 cm balls for users taller than 6’2”. If you are using a stability ball for any heavy weight-bearing exercises pay attention to the static weight limit/burst resistance to ensure the ball can withstand the additional weight.
