It features their proprietary non-slip Green GRR-RIP High Friction Material for reliable grip and control over your workpiece, and its three legs provide multi-directional control to help prevent kickback, keep your stock against the fence, and prevent burning on denser hardwoods. The center leg is adjustable to accommodate multiple sizes and widths of material, and the handle can be oriented at an angle if desired, for more operational control.
