The ADS9813 Evaluation Module (EVM) serves as a platform to assess the performance of the ADS9813 device. This product features an 8-channel, 18-bit, 2MSPS/channel SAR (Successive Approximation Register) ADC with an integrated Analog Front End and ADC reference. The ADS9813EVM comes equipped with a standard FMC (FPGA Mezzanine Card) connector, enabling connection to standard FPGA development boards. When paired with the TSWDC155EVM and its accompanying software (sold separately), it allows for USB-based communication, data capture, and data analysis with the ADC.
